New version cause the online update of dats dont' work

And new GameCube dat with all screenshots of redump dat.

I think about add support for .ecm in .7z cause I make screenshots of ALL psx games, for redump dats.

The 3do dats is uploaded, with all games from the Tosec dats : dats 3do and 3do screenshots.
